Hello all I would like to introduce you to Complete Business Solutions.  Thank you for all the support that so many of you have given us!!! We appreciate your support of both of us and our business in so many ways!  A lot of people have been contacting me and asking two questions; what made you decide to start this business and what exactly does your business offer? First for those of you who do not know one or the other of us I want to tell you a little bit about ourselves. Then I’ll answer why we started the company and what we are offering at Complete Business Solutions.
First to introduce Cheryl;  With 30 years of experience in human resources, personnel, benefits and office management Cheryl has vast experience in keeping up on compliance issues and the every changing employment laws. Cheryl has experience in job posting and résumé review as well as creating interview questions that will get a business the type of employee they want and need. Her expertise in building and maintaining companies’ Human Resource policies and safety manuals has been given high praise.  She has built relationships with some of the most knowledgeable parties in the industry on the wide array of employee benefits that employers can offer and the ever changing and critical area of COBRA.  Cheryl’s experience also extends to Vendor Management services.  Her structured approach to vendor management results in the best service and value for facilities maintenance and upkeep.  Cheryl also has bookkeeping experience.  Cheryl is now offering her vast knowledge and her resources through Complete Business Solutions to businesses who simply can’t afford to have someone on staff with her skills.
To introduce myself, I love accounting and finance. I have been involved in varying aspects of bookkeeping for 17 years starting as a teenager for my dad’s business. I graduated with an associate’s degree in accounting.  I have worked for a variety of companies over the last 10 years doing everything from accounts payable clerk to accounting manager at a multimillion dollar company. I have set up new accounting systems for businesses, managed all accounting tasks, payroll, month end closing, budgeting and cash flow forecasting. Through these jobs I have built relationships with reputable CPA’s as well as finance experts from prominent CPA firms and I am eager to offer my services as well as those CPA relationships to benefit my clients with their businesses needs.

Why did we start our company?
The idea behind Complete Business Solutions has been in my mind for several years but began to form as through the years it kept becoming obvious that there was a definite need.   The need for someone who could offer the services we know how to provide accurately and with attention to detail.  Both of us worked in situations where we dealt with outsourcing companies for our HR and Payroll needs. We constantly dealt with inaccuracies, transactions impossible to reconcile or post back to our software, companies offering Human Resource assistance as part of their services and them not having the expertise they promised.  We are committed to offering our services accurately and with a commitment to our clients that will give a new name to “outsourcing”. 
What are we offering?
Complete Business Solutions is offering businesses the chance to have the bookkeeping, payroll, finance management, human resources, employee benefit resources, and vendor management services that large companies have on staff, at a cost they can afford.  We will be offering our services to companies giving them as much or as little support as they require.  We also offer new business setup assisting our clients in choosing the type of entity that will provide them with the best tax benefits.  We have relationships with experts in every type of service businesses need when starting up.  From web-development, graphics design, marketing and how to make their business a presence on the web; we can provide them with expert assistance through our relationships.  We are QuickBooks Pro Advisors and offer QuickBooks support and training with regular classes coming soon.  We are designing our classes to be interactive, interesting and designed to make sure that our attendees leave learning key components of QuickBooks that will give them tools to effectively run their business and save them money by eliminating the need to have someone clean up their books at year end.
